The department currently has three academic streams namely public admin­istration, political science and human resource management. It offers three undergraduate and four postgraduate programmes.

The department offers tailor made short courses related to the pro­grammes or courses offered to its undergraduate and postgraduate stu­dents. We also offer numerous research consultancies and local and international level.

The department has also been and is currently involved in several collaborative research projects in development studies, gender, gover­nance, policy analysis, management and many more. More details under the link below.
